Rhizospheric Plant–Microbe Interactions: miRNAs as a Key Mediator

نویسندگان

چکیده

Plants interact with a diversity of microbes, especially in the rhizosphere. The plant and its associated microbes form coevolved unit called ‘holobiont’, implying emergence bi-directional interkingdom communication channels. miRNAs may be key mediators plant–microbe interactions, because they are well conserved throughout living, can conveyed by extracellular vesicles over long distances, part interactions. Plant taken up gut microbiota phytopathogens, resulting modulation microbial gene expression and, hence, community activity composition. In return, miRNA-like RNAs target genes act on their fitness. importance microorganisms development, nutrition, stress resistance is unquestioned has led to more holistic approach under holobiont concept. structure often described as host driven, rhizosphere, where communities shaped diverse rhizodeposits. A review on miRNAs as new biomarkers for colorectal cancer

Background & Objective: Since colorectal cancer does not often have phenotypic symptoms in the early stages, the study of biomarkers for the diagnosis and prognosis of the tumor is very important. MicroRNAs are one of the most important biomarkers which attract the attention of many researchers due to a variety of reasons, including their non-invasive nature; these molecules are a group of non-...

Macrophage Trafficking as Key Mediator of Adenine-Induced Kidney Injury

Macrophages play a special role in the onset of several diseases, including acute and chronic kidney injuries. In this sense, tubule interstitial nephritis (TIN) represents an underestimated insult, which can be triggered by different stimuli and, in the absence of a proper regulation, can lead to fibrosis deposition. Based on this perception, we evaluated the participation of macrophage recrui...

Identification of interleukin-1 beta as a key mediator in the upregulation of Cav3.2–USP5 interactions in the pain pathway

Abstract We recently reported that nerve injury or peripheral inflammation triggers an upregulation of the deubiquitinase, USP5 in mouse dorsal root ganglion and spinal dorsal horn. This leads to dysregulated ubiquitination of Cav3.2 T-type calcium channels, thus increasing Cav3.2 channel plasma membrane expression and nociceptive signaling in the primary afferent pain pathway. This phenomenon ...

Activator-Mediator binding regulates Mediator-cofactor interactions.

The 26-subunit, 1.2 MDa human Mediator complex is essential for expression of perhaps all protein-coding genes. Activator binding triggers major structural shifts within Mediator, suggesting a straightforward means to spatially and temporally regulate Mediator activity. By using mass spectrometry (MudPIT) and other techniques, we have compared the subunit composition of Mediator in three differ...
